I specialise in men’s mental health problems in the following areas: sex addiction, relationship issues, grief and loss, bereavement, domestic/sexual abuse, anger management, anxiety, depression, and gender identity issues.

After working for many years in a role that I was never truly comfortable with, I decided to retrain. I worked on my skills of being a good listener and helping other people, and I decided to become a counselor. I trained in Person-Centered Therapy and found that a humanistic approach suited my skill set. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space for you to talk openly about your problems.

Although my training has been humanistic, I am prepared to be integrative, tailoring therapy to suit the needs of the individual. I genuinely care for my clients and share their journey of self-discovery.

Based in the West Midlands I work from a secure office in Wolverhampton or online using Google Meet or Zoom.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and follow their code of ethics for our mutual benefit.

It is astonishing how elements that seem insoluble become soluble when someone listens, how confusions that seem irremediable turn into relatively clear flowing streams when one is heard. Carl Rogers
